Is CNN’s Van Jones lovestruck? Or is this just a professional opinion?
Van Jones feels good that Kim Kardashian has the makings of a successful lawyer.
The CNN contributor, who has been repeatedly tagged to the sex tape and reality TV star since her very publicj divorce from Kanye West.
“She’s already I think one of the best advocates that we have in criminal justice,”
he added on a recent episode of
“The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
Jones, 52, shared that Kardashian has been “doing amazing” with her legal studies so that she can use her platform to make an impact.
He followed with the fact that she is following in the footsteps of her father, Robert Kardashian, most famously known for defending OJ Simpson during his murder trial.
“Her dad was a lawyer and she always wanted to be a lawyer and so she decided, once she got a taste of what she can do using her platform, using her brain, she hasn’t let up,” he said proudly.
In mid-April, rumors swirled that newsman Jones and legal-eagle to be Kardashian, 40, were secretly canoodling after they started working closely together on prison reform, though no one’s reps have commented.
