“pattern of abusive conduct” toward the girls.
Trying to get a Manhattan judge to remove Muggli of primary custody of daughters Sophia and Isabella, the former NFL Giant insists he’s got proof of the alleged abuse, according to the sources.
The “Good Morning America” co-host also pushes that his ex has refused taking their 15-year-old girls to court-ordered therapy workshops — and that she is responsible for them missing athletic and social events.
Strahan, who still was given visitation rights and wants Sophia and Isabella to move in with him in New York, is seeking to have Muggli — who lives down in North Carolina — held in criminal and civil contempt, according to the reports.

In 2018, Muggli wanted to move to Manhattan with the girls — but more drama! — the family pulled away citing personal reasons, a source close with Muggli has revealed.
In a 2007 ugly divorce judgment, the judge ordered Strahan to pay nearly $20,000 a month in child support.
